Amy Rimov
Amy practices collaborative family law because she believes it is both cutting edge and the better way. Like a sword fight or jousting tournament, a court battle has its place. But traditional court battles have been exposed as the shoe that doesn't fit most people and situations. Sure court rooms are necessary when one or more of the parties has a psychological disorder and can not empathize, but Amy believes the majority of family law cases can be resolved in this more enlightened (and less expensive) collaborative way.
