Standards, Dues, Expectations For SCCP Members
Spokane County Collaborative Professionals ("SCCP") have three membership levels for both attorneys and allied professionals. SCCP strives to set standards that will assure the public has positive experiences with Collaborative Practice. The membership levels are summarized as follows:

Full: $95 a year
Associate: $35
Details regarding the different SCCP membership levels are discussed below.
Dues:
$95 annually**
Training Requirements:***
- 12 hours of basic Collaborative Practice, Collaborative Law or Collaborative Team training
- Thirty hours of interest based or transformative style mediation training.
Other Requirements and Expectations:
- Practice Standards Compliance with all SCCP Best Practice Standards for Attorneys including signed participation agreements that require Attorney withdrawal, without exception, if the Collaborative Process fails.
- Licensed and Insured All attorneys must be licensed by the State of Washington and carry at least $200,000.00 in malpractice insurance.

Dues:

Training Requirements: ***
None, but it is expected that associates will obtain full attorney member training and status within two years if attorney or three years if law student

Dues:

Training Requirements, Other Requirements and Other Expectations:***

- Thirty hours of interest based or transformative style mediation training or equivalent education, training or experience.
